Welcome to Flores Web Design (“Website”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services & Payments

  • All services, including website design, maintenance, and add-ons, are provided as described on the Website.

  • A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins. A deposit is required before starting any project, with the remaining balance due upon completion and approval, but before ownership is transferred.

  • The site will remain in my possession until approval and the final balance payment is made. Ownership will only be transferred once the final payment is received in full. Failure to pay the balance will result in a breach of contract.

  • Payments must be made via the approved payment methods outlined in your invoice.

2. Revisions & Approvals

  • Unlimited revisions are included with every project to ensure you’re happy with the final result. However, revisions must be reasonable and within the original project scope.

  • Revisions do not include major structural changes after initial approval, such as switching platforms, changing the entire layout, or starting a new design from scratch.

  • Revisions must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the latest version to keep the project moving forward.

  • Excessive or repetitive revision requests that significantly delay the project may require an additional fee or reassessment of the project scope.

  • Once a design or website is approved and finalized, any further changes may require additional fees.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If you choose to cancel a project before completion, you may still be responsible for partial payment based on work already completed.

  • Refunds are not available for completed projects or services rendered.

  • I reserve the right to terminate a project at any time if I feel that my services no longer align with the project’s needs, expectations, or scope. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed at my discretion.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of their website content and any custom graphics created for their project after full payment is received.

  • Website templates, code, and design frameworks used remain the intellectual property of Flores Web Design unless otherwise agreed.

5. Website Maintenance & Third-Party Services

  • Once a website is launched, it is the client’s responsibility to maintain and update content unless a Website Maintenance Add-On is purchased.

  • I am not responsible for third-party services such as hosting, domains, or platform outages.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to continue paying for any third-party services (such as domain registration, hosting, or premium platform subscriptions) to maintain access to their website. Failure to do so may result in downtime or loss of access, for which I am not liable.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We strive to deliver high-quality, functional websites, but we cannot guarantee that websites will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

  • We are not responsible for security breaches, data loss, or issues caused by third-party integrations.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
