If you need your website sooner, I may offer an Expedited Delivery Add-On for an added fee, depending on my availability.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your project. Once we agree on the details, you accept the quote, and the work is contracted, I’ll send an invoice before work begins. The deposit ensures your project is scheduled and allows me to start working on your design.

What if I need changes after my website is completed?

Each package includes unlimited revisions until you are happy with the site. Once the site is approved and live, I offer Additional Maintenance & Training services at an hourly rate for any further updates or modifications.

Will I be able to manage my website after it’s built? What if I need ongoing support?

Yes! Once your website is approved and live, I will email a detailed document with information on how to manage your website. I also offer 1 on 1 training and maintenance services for an extra fee.

Do you provide domain and hosting?

I can assist with Domain Purchase & Setup as an add-on, but the domain itself is purchased separately through a domain provider. Hosting is also required, and I can guide you on the best options based on your needs.
